I've been sending my novel out to literary agents. Score so far, 7 rejects, 3 requests for partial submissions (one of those rejected) and 4 queries still outstanding. This nex week, I'll assemble 10 more queries to send out. Getting rejected can be disappointing, but getting a call from a New York agency makes it all worth it.
